Mr. Nemo practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate development and finance, commercial lending and housing, and urban development.

Over the years he has represented developers in neighborhood shopping centers, other income properties, and multifamily housing complexes. He has also represented national mortgage lenders in financings throughout the U.S., under the various U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Multifamily Mortgage Insurance programs. He also devotes a significant amount of his practice to the development and finance of housing cooperatives, and has been involved in such projects in the states of Minnesota, Iowa, Michigan and Nebraska.

Mr. Nemo received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1966 and was admitted to practice that year in the state of Minnesota, and to the U.S. District Court of Minnesota in 1969.
